THIS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY + THE NO COST EXTENDED WARRANTY:.This Ryobi product warranty does not apply to any parallel imported product and does not apply to any Ryobi products that are not purchased from an authorised Ryobi retailer. This warranty will not apply to Ryobi products that are purchased from Amazon, eBay, second hand and other non-authorised retailers. This Ryobi replacement product warranty is only applicable to purchases from Bunnings or via Ryobi (Australia) and Ryobi (New Zealand). Ryobi Products are intended for DIY (Do It Yourself) use only. The warranty schedule is listed within section 9 of this document. To claim under this warranty, the date of purchase of the Product must be evidenced by an invoice/receipt.
The warranty period set out in these terms and conditions commences from the date of the sale of the Product by Bunnings (authorised Ryobi retailer) or via Ryobi (Australia) and Ryobi (New Zealand) to the consumer.
